5% ($1,500 or more)
7% ($3,000 or more)
9% ($6,000 or more)
11% ($12,000 or more)

LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM based on total spend in six months (01/01 to 06/30 and 07/01 to 12/31) on accounts in good standing:
